Customer Service

Order
The designs shown in the website Some items in stock and some not stock.
Purchasing stock - As our goods are sold every day in the domestic and foreign markets. The quantity of items is constantly changing, perhaps today in stock and sold out tomorrow. If the customer wants to order that he must first contact us to confirm whether the warehouse is still in stock. Then we will inform the warehouse people reserve the yards for order after customer confirm the order list.
For stock, customers can order any number of yardage. Even one yard two yards, one roll , two rolls can be ordered, But if not purchase a full roll and it needs to be cut,It's price will be high.
Delivery , Send goods after our financial confirm the client's payment.

Ordering non stock - If customers wants the item is not in stock, It must be re-produced. The new arrangements for the production of the article must reach its MOQ then we can take it for production. Such as: full wide fabrics(90-135cm), usually its MOQ in 100 yards. If it is in special material, it might needs 200 yards to begin production. If the order is small lace or trimming, MOQ will be 600-1000 yards. Exceptions, if the design is pure polyester yarn or milk even if the ordering in 30-60Y also can be produced. Customers can ask us about MOQ each items.
For items not in stock, we have a new service, if customer wants some yards of items were out of stock and the customer is not very urgent need of it , we can wait for some week and set these scattered small orders together for production. During this time,Customer must pay us 35% of the deposit after guests confirm layaway before we arrange production.

Production
We have our own factories and machinery. The main job is computer embroidery, product range includes: Shiny mixed , Multi color , Plain , Guipure, sequin embroidery, embroidered Cording/Ribbon etc.
Other knitted, woven, mesh products offered by our friendship factory.
Production cycle - In normal ,We have prepared raw materials, Generally we can complete an order within 7-15 days
To begin production - It must be after customer confirmed the PI / PO and we received deposit
Sample Making
For the convenience of customer service, enhance our market competitiveness, we have our own design & sampling department.
- We can according to customers sketch or original sample proofing, customers can also speak their own ideas and then we design and test samples to the client for approval.
- Make a simple sample will take three to four days to complete, if special materials design may take longer
- Our sample making is a paid service, usually at $ 30-50 each sample design costs And we can refund this costs when customers place an order formally production.
Wholesale
We have 2,000 square feet of warehouse area, were located in the vicinity of Shantou, Guangzhou, Keqiao and other major cloth markets
- Our wholesale business is still operating mode, different countries and regions of the face of the agent, retailers, brand franchise stores, there are also have a variety of online shop.
- In terms of price, we will be in a different order quantities graded develop the wholesale price. Such as: per oclor of each design 100-499 yards is the first order, second order of 500-999 yards, 1000-4999 yards the third order , 5000 yards for the fourth order. The more orders more favorable wholesale price.
Retail

Follow-up orders
Our proprietary products is very limited for a huge textile and apparel industry , In order to fully meet our customers' needs, We set up a small business team to follow up on customer needs of non our own main products and related textile & clothing products.
- For non of our own products, customers can place order to us, Then we will arrange for a third party vendor, full follow-up by our service team.
- Customers can also choose direct orders to a third party vendor, Then commissioned us to supervise the progress of production orders follow-up the order and feedback report to the customer.
The service we will charge a reasonable service fee, or the customer can make a reasonable remuneration scheme entrust us follow his orders. Customers can negotiate with the specific circumstances of our clerk.
Looking samples
As long as customers are looking for items belonging to Category garment and textile materials ,Include: fabric, accessories, fashion jewelry, accessories, clothing hardware, etc.

Find suppliers
In addition to looking for samples, We also provide to customers look for a third-party manufacturer's services, Include: textiles, fabric accessories manufacturer of special materials, clothing, curtains, tablecloths, footwear and accessories manufacturers.
We look for the factories and suppliers located in Guangdong and Zhejiang provinces for customers.
Inspection
Inspection is a must go through process in our factory
After the completion and finishing products, We will check all the products for fault and statistics,If there is a serious problem or too much problems, it will be returned workshop and repair Until standards of qualified. Then it can be arranged shipments
If the customer has asked to see inspection details, we will write a report of inspection results with pictures together to send customers by email and send the shipping samples for approval.

For third-party plant products, customers can also entrust us to help check his goods.
After inspection , we will feedback to the customer in the form of the report and the pictures.
For us to go out to a third party plant inspection, we do it will charge a reasonable service charges, fees agreement by both parties to communicate.
Packaging
We usually use the packaging materials: Plastic bags, Woven bags, Cardboard boxes, Cardboard and Paper tube unless the customer has special requirements for this.
- A large volume of cloth fabrics, Wide 100-160cm and Longer more than 30 yards

- Medium of volume , Wide 100-135cm and cloth length is less than 30 yards

- Small of volume as trimming, hardware accessories, patterns etc
It will be packed into a small package or wound on cardboard, then into a transparent plastic bag, label , and then into cartons.
- We will make a convenient and safe packaging according to different products and ways of transportation
- If the customer is the brand franchise stores, Specify their unique packaging and labeling, We will be packaged and labeled in accordance with the customer's packing instructions.
Shipping
- Order complete, all goods are ready and packaged , as long as the customer to confirm the PI and shipment approval, we will arrange for our shipping agent come and get the goods.
- If the payment terms are T / T that we still need wait for our financial confirm the balance of customer then the goods can be shipped.
- For freight arrangements, which may be arranged by our freight forwarders, it may be by the customer's own shipping forwarders.
- By sea, air or courier, the decision by the customer choice, we must be indicated on the PO / PI
- Different countries have a different operating standards and specifications, customers must communicate with our sales and understood.
New samples
To meet customer demand, adapt to fashion trends, enhance our competitiveness,We will regularly publish some new items every few months
And send pictures of new products to our every customer by e-mail, if customers believe that some of the items for their market he can apply to us for samples.
Catalog
We operate textile-related products are many types, each a series of classification will together build an electronic catalog of products.
As long as you are our customers and to our request, we will send you a copy of e-cataog by mail.
Website building and maintenance
If you become our agents, distributors, or partners, or even you're just a physical store, you run mainly sell our products.
If you have a need, we can also create your home page in our server space, and connected to our product database.
Your home page will be together with the maintenance and management of our IT department.So convenient for our customers and reduce customer maintenance costs
